经国家自然科学基金委员会监督委员会五届八次(综合专业委员会)审议、国家自然科学基金委员会2021年第一次委务会议审定,决定根据《国家自然科学基金委员会监督委员会对科学基金资助工作中不端行为的处理办法(试行)》第十六条第二项,并参照《国家自然科学基金委员会监督委员会对科学基金资助工作中不端行为的处理办法(试行)》第十七条第三项和第四项的规定,取消桂日军国家自然科学基金项目申请资格5年(2021年1月7日至2026年1月6日),给予桂日军通报批评。
